'Meadow Skylark'
I was inspired to create a skylark print after my walks around my local nature reserve where the skylarks nest. Their glorious song is so distinctive and the meadows nearly provide a habitat for them to nest in.
Hand carved and printed in two layers.
Each design is drawn by hand straight onto the lino block or in my sketchbook, then I use specialist tools to hand carve the lino. The lino is inked with a roller, and then transferred onto paper by hand using a Baren.
These prints are individually hand printed and each one will have minor variations and imperfections, part of the charm of lino printing.
The image is printed using Caligo Safe Wash Ink on to 130GSM cartridge paper.

Mounted size 21 x 30cm A4
The print is signed and dated by myself in pencil and will come to you in a cellophane wrapper and board backed envelope marked 'Do Not Bend'.
The print will be sent signed and sent via Royal Mail 1st class.
